and Engineered Solutions has been in the business for over 15 years. Started by Guy Taylor after 12 years in the
CPG industry working for Kraft/Heinz, Con Agra Foods and Pepsi. The company was
founded on the concept of turn key packaging design, equipment design, project
management and commercialization of new products.
Over the years the company as grown with the addition
of industry leading engineers and technicians to be a more hands on approach to
developing the new products.
Every member of PES is hand selected to fill needs
for out customers. Each member has worked with the PES company, at their current
company, for years before they are considered to join our team. Each member has multiple skills that can be used to support out clients.
We focus on creating a
long lasting working relationship with out customers vs the standard
Engineering firms who want to get in the get the job done and move on to the
next one. We want to do it right and be
